If you are a conference sponsor and/or exhibitor, here are instructions for your booth space at the conference.

  • Exhibit Space.  All exhibits will be displayed in the main hallways outside the Conference Center auditorium (see attached map). You will be provided  5’x3’ skirted tables , chairs, and electrical access. Please let me know by May 16 if you will indeed need an outlet near your booth/display.
  • Setting Up. You will be responsible for setting up, staffing, and taking down your own display. We will not have contractors on site to help. You may begin setting up at 8am Thursday, June 5. The Exhibition Hall will close at 6pm Saturday, June 7. You should plan to pack your items for re-shipping at that time. We ask that no one remove displays before 6pm Saturday, June 7.
  • Shipping Information. If you want to ship your booth or display to the Conference Center ahead of time, you may do so, as long as your materials do not arrive before Tuesday, May 27.  Address your cartons: Everyone, Everywhere World Mission Conference, The Conference Center at the Maritime Institute, 692 Maritime Boulevard, Linthicum Heights, Maryland 21090, HOLD FOR: (your name). The phone number at the conference center is 410-859-5700 for UPS, FedEx, etc., purposes. Be sure to bring your own shipping labels and account numbers with you so that you can package your items or shipment after the conference.

All displays must be boxed and ready for return by 9am, Sunday June 8. The Conference Center will store your items and contact the various shippers for pick-up.
